Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please firstly email us at [email protected] before you start the return process so we can help make it right. 

We are always here to reply to all questions from you. 

Please kindly note: 

– We only accept your return in case there are any errors or defects on our part and within 30 days after you received the package. 

– In the email please include your order number found on your packing slip or in the order confirmation email received when the order was placed. 

– Due to COVID-19 customer service response times may extend to 24-48 hours. 

We hope you will understand and wait patiently for our response. 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS 

– Send us an email noticing your return (including the tracking number) after getting the address from our support service. 

– Please wait for our confirmation for your returns. 

Once we received your package, we will immediately issue a refund or exchange after checking your returned package. 

RETURN REQUIREMENTS: 

Returned items must be followed below criteria: 

– Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. 

– Items must not be washed. 

– Items must have original tags attached (if have) 

If your return is approved, please contact us to receive the return address. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

REFUND POLICY (if applicable): 

– We will right away refund you when we receive the package back from you. 

– Please note that you will take responsibility for the shipping cost for returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

– We will email you to inform you once we receive the shipment and issue a refund. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable) 

It will take 3-5 business days for the refund.
